After over a year of work, the last rafter was installed at Patriot Forge in Brantford, ON. January 2015 to May 2016, 180,000 sf. Good job men, and special recognition to Geoff Chant for successfully managing such a large job so well.

Canopies
A canopy can act as weather protector and dress up a building at the same time. Often referred to as a building's jewelry, a canopy can make or break a building's appearance.
That is why KDM takes great pride in its workmanship - we know a first impression of a company will be made under that canopy while walking through its doors.
Murox Buildings
Murox Buildings are a unique way of fast tracking your building that Canam has engineered to fit industrial, retail and recreational needs. The pre-fabed structural wall panels come to site with windows and doors already in them and a 30,000 square foot building is up and closed in ready for other trades within a week.
KDM values its partnership with Canam as being an erector they can count on from the first stage of unloading iron, to putting on the finishing caps around the overhead doors. KDM and Murox have buildings in every province in Canada, as well as Trinidad and the Caribbean.
Pre-eng Buildings
Erecting pre-eng buildings is where KDM's business began almost 2 decades ago. We take on any job, large or small regardless of the location for all our clients. KDM will erect any VP, Steelway, Butler, Nucor, Roberson, Behlen and American building, from 1,200 square foot oil change shops to 285’ clear span airplane hangars.
